As an Independent Flaschengeist Consultant, you will be apart of our Sales Consultant Team. You can work your own hours to suit your family and lifestyle.
You decide how much you want to earn, so in effect if a large bill comes in or if you decide you want to take a family holiday – you decide what you want to earn!
If you want more, add an extra party to your week/month. If you can’t work Mondays or Fridays, don’t book on that day! It is that simple.

What is in it for you?
Consultants earn a generous 25% commission – for example – average party sales are $500 and parties last 2 – 3 hours. So in effect you are earning $125 or $65 per hour!
Work any hours to suit your needs.
Consultants also have the “benefit” of ordering any product at Half Price. Plus you can also order refill bottles at a heavily discounted price.

Management is possible! Become an Flaschengeist Team Manager and you can earn even more commission.
Consultant only promotions – promotions are run every month or so for highest sales, highest bookings, etc.

Join a fast growing party plan company at the ground floor. Flaschengeist is a brand new concept in party plan sales that crosses all ages and gender.
Full training and on going support is provided. If you have any questions or need help, your manager is always available.

What do I need to start?

You will need to have 6 party bookings to receive your kit. These need to be passed on to your manager for confirmation.
You will need to sign the Consultants Agreement to have your kit sent to you.
You can choose from 2 kit types:

QUICK START KIT – this kit has a retail value of $600 and is available to new consultants at half price - $300

SUPER START KIT – this kit has a retail value of $1000 and is available to new consultants* at half price - $500

You will need (if available) to attend 1-2 training parties with either your manager or another consultant.
You will also need to attend monthly team meetings - these are great for new ideas on building your Flaschengeist business - plus we have our monthly recognitions / awards!
You will need to call your manager each week to report your weekly figures. This is a great time to raise any questions you may have with your Manager.
